I’m a small Mandarin farmer

I’m a small Mandarin farmer. My 6 year old Dr mower
String mower finally broke. Dr doesn’t have the part.
Clifton Beach ( from DR );a couple days later called/ emailed where, part #, cost, phone # to get my $6.00 part to get my mower going. Why important . This
Mower knocks all the weeds down around 265 trees
With out damaging the trunk. Keeping insects and
Disease from my trees. This service is why I stay with
DR. Michael .

Your knowledgeable staff was able to help me troubleshoot a non-start issue. The process would have been less bothersome if a wiring schematic for my machine could be listed.

I started to order my product online…

I started to order my product online and had some questions so I called and talked to a sale associate. I believe talking to the DR staff helped me buy the best fit for my application. I dont have my machine yet, but am waiting like a kid on Christmas eve. Thanks for the help.

Completely satisfied

Used my 16.5 hp tow behind brush cutter for the first time. The ground has standing water and thick grass 24” tall. The brush cutter is everything I was hoping it would be. Mowed through the grass and didn’t bog at all. Also cut some briars with no problem. If the 4 wheeler will go over it the brush cutter will cut it.

Ordered on a Sunday

Ordered on a Sunday. Was delivered the following Thursday-pretty quick. Of course rains sets in for a few days. Was able to get into the fields. This machine works like a dream. I am very pleased with the performance. Ran solid for 5 hours with NO problems.
I highly recommend this machine.

Transmission Control Cable

I was disappointed the transmission control cable broke after only about 20 hours of use. However, I was pleased the replacement cable was inexpensive & the repair was very easy. Ordering & shipping was very efficient.

I hate when a company lies to me

I hate when a company lies to me.
I ordered a RapidFire Flywheel Log Splitter PILOT K10 on November 1, 2020. When I signed up for anonline account, I noticed that there was an ad stating that the K10 was in stock and would ship within 1 to 3 days.
I waited (due to Covid-19) and called November 28th about the status of the order - I was told it would ship December 7th. I called December 7th since my online account stated that the splitter had not shipped. I was told it would be shipped December 11th. I checked online again and it still said that it hadn't shipped. Checked again on December 14th - it said it had shipped! No predicated delivery time. So I called. I was told that there wasn't a tracking number yet so they couldn't tell me. Next day tracking number showed up - order status - waiting to be picked up. I finally did receive the splitter on December 19th.
NOTE: I love the splitter! It works great!

Oh man

Oh man, can't Beep, Beep curse. DR is outstanding. Have been a beep beep customer for about 5 or 6 yrs and have had nothing but exceptional service. When my Leaf and Lawn Vacuum broke down, DR came through and replaced the motor. When I need parts or maintenance items, they go out the same day I call. DR goes above and beyond. Outstanding beep beep company.

If you like terrible customer service and zero communication, this is your place

Placed an order and received a confirmation email shortly after. A week later I realized my card was never charged so I called and found out the order had been cancelled, but they weren't able to tell me why. I called back again to try and get more answer, but again they eluded the questions and were unhelpful. HORRIBLE customer service and communication.

Didn't tell us we were going to have to…

Didn't tell us we were going to have to wait over a month for parts to be shipped from China to be assembled in the Midwest. After being assured it could be shipped directly to our house the carrier said they couldn't bring it here. It got partway here and now the company is charging us $400 to have it returned. Don't buy cheap China stuff with poor service. Go to your local store so you can see what you're getting.
